Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

As we have mentioned before, the coast, and the little municipality of Sukošan are only 5 kilometers away from the beautiful villa MiA. Sukošan is surrounded by with lovely beaches, and it is the home of the biggest nautical marina in Croatia. If you decide to visit Debeljak in the summer, we definitely recommend a sea excursion to the national park Kornati, and for all the culture lovers, the capital of the county, Zadar, is only 12 kilometers away. Zadar is an ancient roman colony that will make you fall in love with its millennial streets, vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere and the modern Sea Organ.
Holiday destination
Debeljak is a small village located 5 kilometers from the coast. With a population of nearly 1000 inhabitants, it is developing rapidly thanks to the excellent connection to the highway and the rest of Croatia. Although the agriculture is very well developed, and there are numerous ecological farms in the village, the country tourism is becoming a very important economic factor for this lovely settlement.
