The exteriors of the property are the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the spacious and well-kept garden you will find a 9x4m private salt swimming pool, whose depth varies between 1.2 and 1.8m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There is also a little house where the little ones can play. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to give you the peace and quiet you deserve. On the ground floor there are two living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room and the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Next to the kitchen there is a room with a permanently installed barbecue, in case you feel like cooking some grilled dishes. A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine floor where you will find a third living room. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two of them: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Upstairs is the third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and access to two terraces. If you feel like it, you can work out in the small gym on the property. Five fans and four radiators complete the equipment of the house. If you are travelling with small children, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available.
Please note that during the day there are staff visiting the plot to work the land.

There is exterior parking for 3 cars.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

Santa María del Camí is a charming village in the centre of the island. From the house you can go hiking or cycling. In the village you will find all the services you need for an independent stay. From Santa Maria you can move to any point of the island. Inca is a nearby town where you can't miss the Thursday market that occupies all the central streets of the town. The nearest beach is Can Pere Antoni, integrated in the city of Palma, but you can also quickly reach the beaches in the north of the island such as Playa de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
