Cancellation policy

In cases of cancellation of the reservations by the guest or if they do not take advantage of the services offered by the Little Suites Apartment Hotel which were ordered and reserved, the following fees are charged by the Little Suites Hotel according to contract: Cancellation up to the 14th day before arrival: free cancellation Cancellations from the 13th day before arrival: 100% of the rental fee Non-shows without prior cancellation of the booking: 100% of the rental fee The cancellation fees are also due if the ordered services are only partially cancelled by the guest, whereby the flat fee is based on the part of the service cancelled, or if the guest does not take advantage of the services without express cancellation.

Restaurants and grocery stores are in the neighbourhood. In the summer there are some beer gardens accessible on foot. Tram line 11 is about 7 minutes away and goes right into the city centre! Forest high ropes course, golf course, riding, swimming pool...all only a few minutes away.

Getting there

By car: Motorway exit Hellerau towards Dresden Zentrum / turn left at the second light onto Stauffenbergallee to Waldschlösschenbrücke/ shortly before the bridge turn left onto Bautzener Landstrasse / follow the street 4.5 km to Neubühlauer Strasse, then turn left / at the second intersection Am Bauernbusch, turn left / cross Nachtfügelweg and drive into the forest / after about 200 m you've reached Little Suites! Use the left hand parking space
