The meticulously renovated old stone house "Casa Balestra" with a special atmosphere is located in the province of Terni in Umbria, nestled between the historic town of Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. The house features two bedrooms and a separate room with a sofa bed, which is also ideal for up to two children. Additionally, there is a spacious, centrally located bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The terrace areas in front of the holiday home are perfect for enjoying breakfast or brunch in the morning sun. The property, with its approximately 10,000 sqm, guarantees absolute privacy, expansive views of the countryside, and the opportunity to relax among olive groves.
The holiday home Casa Balestra features a private, very spacious saltwater pool (12 x 4.5 x 1.5 m) where you can comfortably swim or enjoy the sun all day long on the sun loungers.
You can park your vehicle protected from the sun under the carport. A charging station (AC Type-2) for your electric car is also available and can be used for a flat rate of 30 EUR per week.
On-site, you will have a helpful contact person (EN / D / IT) available, who will welcome you upon your arrival and familiarize you with the house.

Just a 15-minute drive away is the picturesque town of Orvieto with its impressive cathedral, fine restaurants, and numerous shopping and buying opportunities. Also, only about a 15-minute drive away, you'll reach the enchanting "Lago di Bolsena", where idyllic beaches, numerous leisure activities, and local fish restaurants await you.
