Cancellation policy
We will invoice unused holiday apartment/s as follows:
6-12 weeks before departure: 20% of the total price less visitor's tax (deposit)
From 4 weeks before departure: 50% of the total price less visitor's tax
From 2 weeks before departure: 90% of the total price less visitor's tax
If we were able to rent the apartment/s to someone else, there are no costs for the guest, with the exception of the 20% deposit.

Holiday destination
The Chiemsee is only 3km away from us! Many restaurants are within walking distance in 5-20 minutes. A large Edeka market with a bakery, butcher and drinks is only 100m away from us. Likewise a pharmacy and the bus stop. The tourist information is directly opposite us. The train station is 220m away as the crow flies (10 minutes on foot). But don't worry about the proximity to the train station, you won't hear a thing through the good windows!
Getting there
By car:
Motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Übersee, drive 2 km towards the center of the village, farm on the left side opposite the Tourist Info.
By train:
Munich-Salzburg line, Übersee stop, approx. 250 m to the right in the direction of the village center, go down at the stairwell, approx. 200 m on the right-hand side you will find our farm.

Tolle große Wohnung. Modern ausgestattet, gemütlich und geräumig. Täglicher Brötchenservice ist top, und schon ab 6.30 Uhr! Gut ausgestattete Küche, beim Spülen hat man einen Ausblick zur Kampenwand.... traumhaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
