    Holiday destination
    Rotzingen is a small, quiet village. You can do your food shopping in the next village that's less than a five-minute drive away. The area is an inviting place to take relaxing walks with far-reaching views or in the forest. You'll find an indoor pool, an ice rink, cross-country skiing trails and a ski lift that can all be reached in around 10 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to get to the nearest little town. It's always worth making a detour into nearby Switzerland (15 km).
    Getting there
    Getting here from south of Rotzingen Drive from the direction of Waldshut, Laufenburg, Bad Säckingen or Schopfheim towards Görwihl. Travel through Görwihl and follow the main road for about 2 km. You'll then reach an intersection where you should turn right (towards St. Blasien). Now follow the main road again for about another 2 km. You'll pass through a small village (Burg) and then arrive in Rotzingen after just 500 metres. The apartment is located below the chapel. Getting here from north of Rotzingen Keep driving in the direction of St. Blasien. When you reach St. Blasien, follow traffic signs to Görwihl. Please follow these instructions. You don't have to travel as far as Görwihl to reach your destination, as Rotzingen is the village before Görwihl. Drive all the way through Rotzingen. The apartment is located below the chapel (pretty much at the end of the village).

    Host informationHello! We're Daniel and Stefanie. This is our first time renting out a holiday apartment and we're already really looking forward to getting to know lots of people. We've spent 20 wonderful years living in this apartment ourselves with our four children. We've now moved to the ground floor of the farmhouse, however, and it'd be sad if the loft were left empty. We've spent holidays in lots of holiday apartments ourselves and know what's important. What we think you need for a happier holiday: - cleanliness!!! - a well-equipped kitchen - plenty of space - lots of light in the apartment - plenty of storage space - fly screens and roller shutters in the bedrooms - the possibility of lighting a fire when it's cold outside - heart-warming art and design that helps you relax and thaw out again - little traffic noise - enough distance from the nearest neighbour And that's precisely what our holiday apartment has to offer :)

    Wir haben unsere Schwarzwaldwoche sehr gerne bei Steffi und Daniel verbracht! Die beiden sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben es uns sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts! Die Familie lebt im Erdgeschoss und die Ferienwohnung ist unter dem Dach. Die Ausstattung war besser als wir es in anderen Unterkünften vorgefunden haben. Am besten hat uns das tolle, gemütliche Sofa auf dem Balkon gefallen. Dort haben wir den Tag gerne mit einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
