Cancellation policy
1. if the tenant withdraws from the contract (cancellation) before the start of the rental period, the landlord is to be reimbursed compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, this amounts to 80% of the rental price in the event of unsuccessful rental elsewhere. Nevertheless, the landlord is endeavored to rent the rental property elsewhere.
