Welcome to Xanet! A beautiful finca with a pool near Pollença. Xanet is modern and Mallorcan at the same time. The finca has been skilfully restored and equipped with a photovoltaic system in a sustainable and energy-efficient way.
The Finca Xanet is straight-lined, modern and completely restored with a lot of charm. Loft-like and on 2 floors, traditional quarry stone walls are combined with stylish, contemporary furniture. When restoring the house, the architect managed to merge the advantages of old and new into an atmospheric unit.
The approximately 85 square meters comfortably accommodate 2 guests. In the double room with air conditioning and private bathroom en suite with walk-in shower, you can spend pleasant, restful nights. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200cm) and is on the upper floor.
On the ground floor you will also find a beautiful, spacious living room and a dining area with an open kitchen.
The outside area of the finca is lovingly designed with a covered, fully equipped terrace and a beautiful pool area. The 12m x 3m saltwater pool is of course a stylish eye-catcher and invites you to take a long swim. From here you can enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape and mountains in the background.
