Cancellation policy
You do not have a right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
Up to and including 90 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of a cancellation by the guest in the period between the 89th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to and including 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.

Holiday destination
The Rose Village Nals is idyllically situated between Bolzano and Merano in the heart of South Tyrol. An ideal starting point for many hikes, bike and motorcycle tours. In the nearby area, there are renowned wineries, attractions, golf courses, museums, a natural swimming pool, an outdoor pool, and much more.
In winter, you can visit the Christmas markets in Merano and Bolzano.

Getting there
Take the Mebo expressway and exit at Vilpian/Nals towards Nals, continue straight through the roundabout, then turn left after the fire station towards Sirmian. After about 0.5 km, turn left into the driveway at house number 16.

Die Ferienwohnung Lilie ist sehr zu empfehlen. Top Einrichtung, schöner Balkon, sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach, ist Dank Klimaanlage aber auch bei 35 Grad sehr angenehm.
Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Frühstückskorb am ersten Morgen und der Brötchenservice.
Nals ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren nach Bozen oder Meran sowie für Wanderungen in der Umgebung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten das Apartment Lilie im Dachgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Geräumige Schränke sorgen für Ordnung mit dem Urlaubsgepäck. Der Frühstückskorb war reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet. Der selbstgemachte Apfelstrudel sowie die Fruchtaufstriche waren köstlich. Frau Kapauer ist eine hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
