Possible Cancellation
If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the rental period, only the deposit will be retained. If it occurs later, 50% of the total rental amount will be due from the 60th to the 45th day before the start of the rental period, 75% from the 45th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period, and if the cancellation is even later, the total amount is due. It is highly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance (please inquire with your insurance company or look online for travel cancellation insurance).

Holiday destination
The holiday villa is located in Tuscany, between the renowned cities of Arezzo and Florence, approximately a 15-minute drive from Monte San Savino, with the approach via paved roads that turn into a gravel road in the last few hundred meters, to be driven slowly with normal cars, not suitable for particularly low-lying vehicles. About 3 km from the house, there is a café-bar with a restaurant, where you can also buy wine, bread, cheese, and sausage if needed, eat an ice cream, or have an espresso or cappuccino.
For shopping, head to Monte San Savino or Ambra (each about a 10-minute drive), both small towns with all kinds of shops, banks, post offices, hairdressers, mom-and-pop stores, and small supermarkets, as well as pizzerias, café-bars, and restaurants. Tuesday is market day in Ambra, and Wednesday in Monte San Savino. For major shopping, you can go to Arezzo to the large "Centro Commerciale Setteponti", where this shopping center really has EVERYTHING.
