Cancellation policy
Possible Cancellation
If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the rental period, only the deposit will be retained. If it occurs later, 50% of the total rental amount will be due from the 60th to the 45th day before the start of the rental, 75% from the 45th to the 31st day before the start of the rental, and if cancellation occurs even later, the full amount is due.
It is highly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance (please inquire with your insurance company or look online for travel cancellation insurance).

Holiday destination
Directions to the holiday home: You can reach the house via a paved road, the last few hundred meters are on a well-maintained gravel road. Nearby sports opportunities: start your walks right from the house, and it's also easy to explore the area with regular bicycles; if you use mountain bikes, the Casentino is an ideal place anyway, with narrow and wider paths and roads all around, winding and less so, uphill and downhill - you'll find your pastime everywhere in this untouched nature. A golf course in a fabulous panoramic location is just a few kilometers away in Poppi, and there are tennis courts down in the towns, as well as a riding school and fitness center. The holiday property belongs to the municipality of Capolona, in the province of Arezzo, which is the provincial capital and is about a 20-minute drive from the holiday home. Capolona is situated in the Casentino, a forest-rich region in the heart of Tuscany, largely unknown to the masses of tourists, which is why life here is still very authentic, prices are reasonable and you move almost exclusively among locals, who are happy to adjust to visitors and welcome them.
