Holiday destination
This is an idyllic, rural area with lots of nature: almond, carob and olive trees. The property borders on the well-known Rio Formosa Natural Park. Olhao and the near vicinity have restaurants where you can still eat at a reasonable price. Driving only a few kilometres inland, you'll discover completely quiet areas of the Serra that are perfect for hiking (north of Santa Catarina).
Getting there
The ride from Faro Airport takes approx. 30 minutes. We recommend renting a car.

Die Casa Rollwek hat alles was man braucht. Als Liebhaber von schönen Märkten und begeistertem Hobbykoch konnte ich mich austoben. Durch den Regen während unserer Ferien gab es viele Mücken, da wären Möglichkeiten Moskitonetze aufzuhängen noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i.

Merci pour nous avoir loué cette belle maison pour notre séjour. La maison est entièrement au rez-de-chaussée. De plus, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être autonome se trouve sur place. Merci pour les cadeaux à l'arrivé ( vin blanc,bierres et eaux fraiche. L'emplacement était également idéal : un peu en retrait, mais suffisamment proche de tous les commerces,plages, centres urbains (Olhao, Faro) et sites touristiques nécessaires. Les hôtes sont très gentils (communication uniquement par mail), nous reçus tous les détails à l'avance pour garantir une arrivée et un départ en douceur. Les demandes ont reçu une réponse rapide et ont été d'une réelle aide. Ce furent pour nous des vacances très réussies et nous aimerions les répéter si nous en trouvons l'occasion.
