Holiday destination
Sivas is located on the central south coast of Crete and is ideally located to explore the attractions of the area, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos as well as the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the monastery "Moni Odigitrias", the museum in Vori and of course the beautiful beaches of Komos, Matala, Red Beach, Agio Farago gorge etc.
In the village there are several restaurants with traditional cuisine, cafes, a playground and various shops.
Getting there
Your destination airport should be Heraklion, as it is only 50 minutes away from Sivas and you could easily reach your holiday destination by taxi, bus or rental car.
I am also happy to help you with a rental car reservation or order a local taxi to the airport.

Innen wie außen, eine TOP Unterkunft und ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt, was mit Sicherheit auch an der tollen und herzlichen Vermieterin Sofia lag, die zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand! 5 Minuten zu Fuss und den kleinen Ort Sivas, in dem es mehrere typische griechische kleine Tavernen, Kafenions, 2 kleine Supermärkte und einen Schlachter gibt. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto zum nächsten schönen Strand, dauert nur knapp 10 Minuten, in den Ort Matala ca. 15 Minuten.

Die Villa und die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Sofia war sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, sie ist eine TOP Gastgeberin. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Es waren sehr sehr schöne Tage. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgerüstet (Küche, Bad). In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Tavernen und Supermarkte. Die Strände sind auch gut zu erreichen mit einem Fahrzeug. Wir empfehlen aber mindestens einen SUV zu mieten, wenn nicht sogar einen Offroader, da einige Strände nur via Schotterpiste erreichbar sind.
