Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors. On the 1st floor is the "Stub'n" and the eat-in kitchen. The house is situated in a south-facing garden with mature trees. Deck chairs, barbecue, table tennis and various seating invite you to linger. The 6 bedrooms are bright, mostly with a sink, some with their own bathroom, enough storage space and comfortable armchairs. Our guests spend cozy evenings in the Stub'n with a large table, corner seat, sofa and a fireplace. The house has been lovingly renovated in recent years, the creaking wooden staircase, the size of the rooms, the covered balconies tell of the long history of the house.
Here our guests are in one of the most beautiful spots in Bavaria. Seehausen is the ideal starting point for trips to Garmisch, Oberammergau, Munich, Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof. Enjoy the mountains of the Ammergau Alps.

Unwind, enjoy the ringing of the church and cow bells and explore the spacious lake landscape or the Murnauer Moos on foot or by bike.
It's a 5-minute walk through the village to Staffelsee, past chickens, cows and horses. If you want, you can visit the bakery or the corner shop. The boat rental offers rowing or electric boats for hire - the Staffelseeschifffahrt lets you explore the lake and shore from the ship. Bike rental on site.
