Cancellation policy
If cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival, no additional cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancelled within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, a fee of 40% of the total amount booked will apply.
If cancelled within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% applies to the booked unused days.

Holiday destination
Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the municipality of Mals. With just 10-15 minutes walk to the train station and right on the Vinschger Cycle Path, you are a perfect starting point for many activities. With a view of Glurns you can already see a sight in the immediate vicinity.
At the same time, it offers an oasis of tranquility and a beautiful view of the Vinschgau mountains. There is also enough space for children to play and enjoy nature.
Getting there
Coming from the Reschenpass, take the state road to the end of Mals. From Merano you can find us at the beginning of Mals.
