Cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 91 days before the start of your holiday. If you cancel 90 to 31 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged, for cancellations from 30 to 7 days before arrival 70%, and for cancellations in the last week before arrival 90% of the total amount. In the event of an early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Getting there
Coming by car from the direction of Austria/Germany/Switzerland:
Exit the Brenner motorway A 22 at the Brixen/Bressanone exit.
Continue on the national road SS 12 towards Pustertal/Brunico (about 30km).
Upon arriving in Brunico, continue towards Valle Aurina/Ahrntal, after another 15 km you will reach the town of Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures.
Drive straight through the town, and before leaving Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures towards Valle Aurina/Ahrntal, turn left (after the auto mechanic) and follow the road, after a few bends you will have reached us.
