Dear Families,
In these challenging times for everyone, here is our brief update on COVID-19:
Unlike many other providers, as an authorized partner of the Tourism Association, we will continue to ensure in 2024 that property owners refund "100%" of the deposits made by guests affected by a travel ban due to Corona, should rescheduling the travel date not be possible. For your information: In the holiday resort Riumar, we did not have a single case of Corona this year, thanks to the self-discipline of our guest families, adherence to hygiene rules, and our conscientious cleaning teams.
By the way, all new private beach houses with private pools can be found as usual on our owner's website: www.DeltaChalets.de and you can book directly with the owner for 2023 up to 30% cheaper than at the travel agency.

Holiday destination
Our 65 holiday homes are situated just 20m to a maximum of 300m from the bathing beach in the holiday resort Riumar, at the mouth of the Ebro River in the Ebro Delta, approximately 180 km south of Barcelona and can be easily reached by car from NRW in about 15 hours.
The nearby family-friendly bathing beach and the natural dog beach are spacious, very fine, and have a gentle slope. Ideal for children, water sports enthusiasts, and families with dogs.
The endless dune landscapes stretch over approximately 20 km and are unique in the entire region.

Wir buchten über Delta Chalets direkt beim Eigentümer und sparten 30% gegenüber dem Reisebüropreis für das gleiche Ferienhaus mit großem Privatpool, das auch unsere direkten Nachbarn zeitgleich bewohnten.
Wir fanden ein gut ausgestattetes sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort in direkter Strandlage ( 200m Fußweg bis zur Strandpromenade) und einen endlos scheinenden Natur-Hundestrand, wo wir sogar im August fast alleine ohne andere Gaste mit unseren Hunden Spazieren gehen konnten. Die Deutsche Hausverwaltung (Tanja Obernberger) ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Unterstützung und persönliche Begleitung nach 23.00 Uhr zu Ärztehaus im Nachbarort Deltebre.

Hallo Herr Hapke,
wir waren nun schon zum dritten mal bei Ihnen zu Gast. Mit unseren Kindern mussten in diesem Jahr wir feste Essenszeiten vereinbaren, denn nach 2 Tagen waren sie wie gewohnt mit Ihren neuen Freunden aus dem Nachbarhaus Jasmin unterwegs mit den Fahrrädern zu den Flamingos und in den neuen Freizeitpark zum Kajakfahren und Paintball. Riumar ist ein Ferienort mit Suchtgefahr und genauso erging es uns auch wieder in diesem Jahr. Hier finden wir in 3 Wochen unseren wohlverdienten Jahresurlaub, während es in Deutschland entweder regnet, oder regnet oder es regnet.
PS: Wir haben sofort wieder für August reserviert.
