Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the following pro rata amounts are to be paid as compensation (taking the expenses saved into account), unless the property can be rented to another party.
Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 20 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
Thereafter (later than 10 days before the start of the rental period): 90% of the rental price.
The tenant is at liberty to prove that the landlord has suffered little or no damage
as a result of the cancellation. If the tenant is able rent the property to another party, the tenant will pay for any difference in price (but not in excess of the cancellation fees stated above).
The statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected by this provision.

Holiday destination
We rent out our completely newly renovated holiday home in Herkingen in South Holland on the border with Zeeland. The beach and the Grevelingenmeer (lake) are only 150 meters away from the holiday park.
Getting there
You can get here by taking the motorway or train or plane to Rotterdam, then taking the bus that travels to Middelharnis from Rotterdam to Herkingen

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus HollandSee im Bungalowpark Herkingen! Das Haus war unglaublich schön, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es war drinnen und draußen alles da was man braucht . Besonders toll fanden wir den rundum eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund sicher spielen und toben konnte. Die Umgebung war schön und perfekt für Spaziergänge. Auch die Nähe zum kleinen Herkinger Strand war ideal. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert für Urlauber mit Hund!

Ein sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, der eingezäunte Garten ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Hier kann man sich sehr gut erholen. Wir, sowie auch unsere Hunde haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt eine Infomappe, mit tollen Ausflugsideen und Restauranttipps.
