Getting there
The approach to our alpine hut is via the Tauern motorway A10. In Gmünd in Kärnten, you leave the motorway and continue on the B99 towards Eisentratten. After the Eisentratten signpost, take the first turnoff to the right. After about 1km, turn left at the first turnoff towards Laggen. From there, a 9km mountain road leads to our alpine hut (6km of which is a gravel road).

Die Berghütte - Zirbenhütte ist mit viel Liebe im Detail eingerichtet. Mann hat alles was man so braucht. Eine schöne Dusche sowie Toilette , einen schönen Schlafraum und ein großes Bett aus Zirben holz in dem ich Traumhaft geschlafen habe. Die Aussicht ist Wunderschön bis Atemberaubend . Die Gastgeberin Karin und Ihr Mann sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Leute. Sie stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich werde wieder kommen. Gruß Juergen

Wer die perfekte Auszeit sucht, hat sie hier gefunden. Geniale Hütte, die urgemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet ist und nichts vermissen lässt. Hervorzuheben ist die normale Toilette und die großzügige Dusche im Nebengebäude. Und im supertollen Zirbenbett liegt man wirklich traumhaft. Dazu eine super tolle Umgebung, wunderschöne Natur und ein unbezahlbarer Ausblick. Auch die Gastgeberfamilie ist total nett und hilfsbereit und bietet auch eigene Produkte vom eigenen Hof an (Milch, Butter, Brot, Speck). Wir kommen sicher wieder - und Freunde haben auch schon gebucht ;-) LG Anna und Markus
