The holiday home is located directly above the Schmittenhöhe cable car valley station in a sunny hillside location. The flat in the basement, with separate entrance, is comfortably and tastefully furnished.

You are in an ideal starting position for numerous hikes and mountain bike tours from the front door. If you are looking for refreshment on the mountain as an alternative to the crystal-clear Lake Zell in the valley, you can also dive into the reservoirs along the hiking routes on the Schmitten. The kids will be thrilled, because at the largest pond "Plettsaukopf", families take centre stage with a water playground, play ship and sandboxes.
Countless possibilities for activities
"Get out of bed and onto the slopes" - in winter it's just a few metres to the valley station. Endless winter fun on the doorstep. Where to start your skiing day is the only difficult decision to be made. Schmittenhöhebahn, Sonnenalmbahn or Trassexpress - all three lifts are just a few minutes away! At the end of the ski day, the last stop for refreshments is right on the doorstep, snow conditions permitting.
