Carefree vacation days are enjoyed in the newly built holiday home in sunny hillside location above Bad Gastein at the foot of the Graukogel. In winter surrounded by slopes and lifts, in summer a starting point for a variety of hiking and mountain biking routes, the vacation home is in a traffic-safe and quiet location. The apartments have been newly designed, very nature-conscious with a lot of wood.

Those who want to reach great heights in summer will find numerous hiking trails right at the doorstep. Gushing streams, crystal-clear mountain lakes, and magnificent alpine meadows bring a sense of peace and tranquility. Pure entertainment is provided by the sheep and goats in the meadows around the holiday home as they chase after the offered treats. The house dog is also waiting for cuddles and playmates to romp around with.
Your winter holiday at the edge of the ski action
The descent of the Graukogel ski area is only 300 m away, making it the perfect entry point into the Salzburg Sportwelt Ski amadé. With good snow conditions, skiing down to the house is possible. The ski lift “Stubnerkogel - Angertal - Schlossalm”, which connects Bad Gastein with Bad Hofgastein, can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.
After an exciting day in nature, the “Felsentherme” in Bad Gastein invites you to relax and unwind.
Our tip: A trip to the summit of Stubnerkogel is worthwhile: In addition to the 140 m long, gently swaying suspension bridge, an attractive viewpoint aptly named “Glocknerblick” towers directly opposite.
