Cancellation Policy
In the event of regional legal restrictions due to Corona, rebooking is possible at any time and free of charge.
In case of a short-term withdrawal (less than 35 days before the rental starts), the following proportional rent is to be paid as compensation, deducting the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible:
-up to 34 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
-up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 85% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 90% of the rental price.
The statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.

Holiday destination
The residential complex is located at the foot of the dunes in the coastal village of Julianadorp. The beach access to the magnificent, miles-long sandy beach is directly across the street. It's just about 300 meters to the sea, where you will also find the well-known beach restaurant Paal 6. In the immediate vicinity of the complex, there are a mini-golf course, tennis courts, a bowling center, a golf course, an adventure pool, playgrounds, a petting zoo for the little ones and adventure romance for the big kids, as well as a bicycle rental service. Your location is an ideal starting point for your bike tours. Numerous bike paths offer the opportunity to explore the surroundings. Five restaurants (including two beach restaurants) are also in the immediate area. The center of Julianadorp is only 2.8 kilometers away where you will find two shopping centers with many shops, boutiques, various restaurants, and cafes.
Getting there
Coming from the east: A7, Heerenveen, Joure, Sneek, after the Afsluitdijk take the exit Den Oever, N99 to Den Helder, before entering the city of Den Helder (traffic light) turn right towards Julianadorp/Alkmaar (Rijksweg A9), after 3.5 km take the exit Julianadorp, follow the road westwards (Van Foresterweg) until you reach the dunes, then turn left (Zanddijk).
Coming from the south: A7 to the Wognum exit, N241 to Schagen, via N248, N249 to Julianadorp.
By train: Amsterdam to Den Helder-Zuid station, free pick-up or shuttle bus lines 32 or 152 to Julianadorp, stop "Strandslag".

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, das Thema Piraten findet sich an vielen Stellen wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab noch viele Tipps vom Vermieter, was man wo wie machen könnte. Danke dafür.

Ordentlich, sauber.
Deutlich größer als man Sie auf den Bildern erwartet.
Direkt am Strandaufgang.
