Holiday destination
Zminj is a city located 30 km north of the city of Pula with its old city centre sitting at 320 m above sea level and the newer parts in its surrounding flatlands.
The restaurants,market,bars,are 1km from the Villa.
The regions surrounding Zminj are fascinating due to their development in agritourism and excursions to the caves of “Festinsko Kraljevstvo”. Zminj surrounding rural catering establishments are known for their authentic Istrian cuisine and traditional settings.
Getting there
The best way to come here is by car - only 2 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 30 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Wir waren inzwischen einige Male in Istrien in einem Ferienhaus, aber dieses Ferienhaus übertrifft wirklich alles.
Das Haus ist supersauber!
Es ist alles vorhanden (genug Besteck und Geschirr), Küchenausstattung, Klimaanlage, Insektengitter an allen Fenstern.
Man kann in 20 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt laufen.
Der Pool wird zweimal in der Woche vom Besitzer gereinigt und ist groß genug, dass man darin schwimmen kann.
Die Besitzer Ines und Dario sind superlieb und haben nachgefragt ob was fehlt oder ob sie behilflich sein könnten. Wir wurden sogar vor drohenden Gewittern gewarnt, so dass wir unsere Sachen rechtzeitig reinholen konnten.
Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub für uns und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem Top Zustand, egal ob es die Sauberkeit angeht oder das im gesamten Haus Fliegengitter verbaut sind oder die Top eingerichtete Küche die alles beinhaltet bis hin zu tollen Pool ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.
Nicht zu vergessen die Klimatisierung die hier hervorzuheben ist und vorfallen das tolle Garten Grundstück.
Das wichtigste aber sind die Vermieter Ines und Dario die immer zur Stelle waren wenn man Sie benötigte, Ines und Dario hier seit die Besten.
Das Ferienhaus ist also nur zu empfehlen
