Cancellation policy
Your booking becomes binding upon the payment of a deposit and the sending of a booking confirmation.
In the event that something unforeseen happens and you are unable to commence your trip, our cancellation policy is as follows:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival date.
If you cancel between 3 months and 1 month prior to your arrival date, we will charge 30% of the booking price.
For cancellations made later, we will charge 70% of the booking price.
In the case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booking price.
Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel your holiday.
To save costs and to ensure coverage, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The Graf-Messnerhof is located in Elvas, on a sunny hill northeast of Brixen in the Eisack Valley, surrounded by forests and orchards. The center of the episcopal city of Brixen is just 3 km away. Situated in the heart of South Tyrol, at the intersection of the Eisack, Pusteria, and Wipptal valleys, our farm is the perfect starting point to discover the most beautiful places in South Tyrol.
Getting there
The Graf-Messnerhof is located in Elvas, northeast of Brixen in South Tyrol. By car, you leave the Brenner motorway (A22) at the Brixen-Pustertal exit, continue for about 200 m towards Pustertal, and then turn right towards Natz, Raas, after the petrol station. Now follow the road signs to Elvas for about 6 km. In the village of Elvas, you will find us immediately after the church on the left-hand side of the road.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern und einem gemeinsamen Wohn- und Kochbereich waren ideal für unsere Bedarfe. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung in der Nähe von Brixen; von jedem Zimmer und vom Wohn-und Kochbereich gibt es je eine großzügige Loggia. Unsere BrixenCard konnten wir vielfältig einsetzen: Plose-Bahn, Busfahrten, Museen und Kloster, usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben auf der Rückreise aus der Toskana ein paar Tage auf dem Messnerhof der Familie Graf Station gemacht. Wir hatten die Wohnung Silva im neuen, modernen und sehr umweltbewusst gestalteten Appartementhaus oberhalb Brixens. Die Wohnung hält im sehr positiven Sinne absolut, was die Anzeige verspricht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns im Appartement sehr wohlgefühlt. Die sehr schöne Altstadt von Brixen ist in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir empfehlen unser Appartement, den Messnerhof der Familie Graf uneingeschränkt weiter und werden gern wiederkommen.
