We are renting out this stylishly furnished holiday apartment, which accommodates up to 4 guests. It consists of a large living and dining area with kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a small hallway. Two terraces with a great view of Königsleiten complete this fantastic apartment.
The holiday apartment is equipped with a new sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The kitchen comes with everything you need, from a toaster to a coffee press, all available for your use. It also features a dishwasher and an induction stove with 2 burners. You will also find a new, very spacious fridge with a freezer compartment. In the bedroom, there is a large built-in wardrobe for your use.
In the building, there is a sauna available for your use, which operates with a coin machine.
The holiday apartment is located in the mountain village of Silberleiten at an altitude of 1700 meters on the Gerlos Plateau in the Zillertal Alps. From here, you have the perfect starting point to one of the most snow-reliable ski areas Austria has to offer. The lift is just 150 meters away on foot. It is possible to ski down right to the house.
In the summer, the beautiful mountains of the Salzburg region invite you to numerous excursion destinations. Depending on your preference, you can hike, Nordic walk, mountain bike, climb, or refresh yourself in clear mountain lakes. A network of over 60 km of well-marked hiking trails at all altitudes and varied routes with different levels of difficulty takes you through the fascinating mountain world.
At the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir at an altitude of 1,300 meters near Gerlos, you have the opportunity to enjoy the summer to the fullest. Whether swimming, sailing, boating, or barbecuing is up to you.
A special attraction of the area is the Krimml Waterfalls, with a drop of 390 m. The waterfall trail leads nature enthusiasts with numerous viewing platforms, bridges, and pulpits right up close to the natural spectacle.
