Casa Grazia is located in a hilly position near San Giorgio di Pesaro, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the north of Le Marche region.
From the house, you can easily reach the Adriatic coast in about 20 minutes by car. In the seaside resorts of the area, including Marotta, Fano and Senigallia, there are equipped beaches and areas with free beaches, alternating fine sandy beaches with gravel stretches of coastline. Along the coast, you will also find many restaurants where you can taste typical local fish dishes, as well as pizzerias, pubs and beach chalets.
Exploring Le Marche hills, you can visit many historic villages including Mondavio, Corinaldo, Pergola, Gradara, walking along medieval alleys and walls, among churches, museums and panoramic views.
Among the places to visit in the area there are also Senigallia, known for its "Velvet Beach", the Riviera del Conero, with the towns of Sirolo and Numana located in the heart of the Conero Natural Park, and Urbino, a Renaissance city and UNESCO heritage site.
Among the naturalistic destinations in the area, the suggestive Frasassi Caves, underground caves with stalactites and stalagmites, the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve and the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park are worth a visit.
