The Beach Villa Juliana is located in the Landal Park, Juliandorp Ooghduyne with a golf course, bowling alley, fun pool, playground, and various restaurants. The beach is about 800m away and can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the tulip fields. The covered shopping center in the town with many shops is also open on Sundays during the season. From Den Helder (about 8km away), you can take the ferry to visit the island of Texel.
