The holiday home was completely renovated in the spring of 2021 and furnished with great attention to detail.
The interior features a very well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, and cozy seating and lounging options.

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following costs will be incurred:
- up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- from 48 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
The cancellation must be made in writing.
The date of receipt by the landlord will apply.

Holiday destination
The village of Callantsoog is located in North Holland and is considered an insider tip on the Dutch North Sea coast. The village square is framed by small shops and nice restaurants with various cuisines. Here, one can enjoy their time with good food and delicious drinks. A supermarket for daily needs can be found centrally in the village. The beautiful and expansive beach can be accessed via 4 entrances. The beach is a 15 - 20 minute walk from the holiday park "De Buitenplaats", where many activities are organized in the summer. The numerous hiking and cycling paths through the beautiful dune area will lead you to nearby places like Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl. But Den Helder or Alkmaar are also easily accessible by bike.
Getting there
Coming from NRW, take the A3 towards Utrecht, from Utrecht take the A2 towards Amsterdam, from the AK Holendrecht junction take the A9 towards Alkmaar, then the N9 towards Den Helder, exit at Callantsoog or `tZand.

Wir hatten zum 3.Mal dieses schöne Ferienhaus " Huisje aan het meer"angemietet.
Wie schon bei den vorangegangen Buchungen waren wir wieder begeistert:
Das gepflegte Haus bietet Gemütlichkeit ,geschickt gepaart mit einer praktischen&modernen Einrichtung.
Sofort nach der Ankunft fühlt man sich wohl , das ist Urlaub von der 1.Minute an.
Unser Hund kann sich , mit viel Freude, im umzäunten Garten frei bewegen .
Mensch&Hund geniessen dann den hübschen Ausblick auf den kleinen See.
Eine nette Geste , der Vermieterin ist es ,einen bunten Blumenstrauss aufzustellen und im Kühlschrank findet man als Gast eine gute Flasche Wein und weitere Getränke bei der Ankunft.
Kurz gesagt: Alles top!

Wir haben einen wirklich schönen Urlaub im Huisje aan het meer verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht perfekt ausgestattet, von der Küche bis zu Spielen für die Kinder ist reichlich gesorgt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Garten hat herrliche Sonne bis in den Abend, so dass man ihn wunderbar draußen ausklingen lassen kann. Nach Callantsoog an den Strand ist es mit dem Rad nicht weit, auch für Kinder ist die Strecke gut machbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und nett. Wir werden den Urlaub auf jeden Fall gerne wiederholen!
