After several delays due to Covid, we spent 10 days in and around La Bucaille in November - we were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed a mild bright spell, but the area has plenty to do whatever. The gite is on a quiet lane only 2 kms from a large town with plenty of facilities.
We mostly cycled whilst there - loads of tiny quiet lanes - and visited local beaches -absolutely lovely, some with a bar or shop, but all quiet - all would be ideal for dog walking. Visited St Germain sur Ay on our last morning - a still sunny morning watching the mussel tractors crossing the beach- idyllic! Also visited the local markets in La Haye de Puits and Portbail - very lively.
Mark and Mel were the best neighbours, they live next door and helped us with loads of things including Covid regs. stuff - Many thanks
