Your holiday apartment near Sterzing is the starting point for beautiful hikes in the surrounding valleys, such as in the Ridnaun Valley, the Pfitsch Valley, or at the Penser Joch. In winter, the popular ski areas in Ratschings, on the Rosskopf, and in Ladurns are not far away.

Via Garmisch-Partenkirchen:
From Garmisch-Partenkirchen, drive to Zirl and then take the A 12 to Innsbruck. There, take the exit towards Brenner and reach the Brenner and the Eisack Valley (A 22) via the A 13. 18 km after the Brenner, take the Sterzing exit and drive approximately 5 km south on the SS 12 to Maria Trens (Freienfeld).
Via Munich/Rosenheim:
Coming from Munich, drive to Rosenheim onto the A 12 and at Innsbruck, take the junction onto the A 13 towards Brenner. Via the A 22, you will reach the Eisack Valley. 18 km after the Brenner, take the Sterzing exit and drive approximately 5 km south on the SS 12 to Maria Trens (Freienfeld).

In case of no-show on the day of arrival or in case of early departure, we charge 100% of the total amount.
From one day before arrival: 30%
In the event of a cancellation less than one month before arrival, we charge 30% of the total costs.
From 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Please understand that your apartment is usually not available before 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we provide your apartment until 11:00 AM.
The reception is staffed from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM, if you arrive after 07:00 PM, please contact us in time.
