Since the beginning of 2025, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season:
The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid with Visa or Master card.

Interested nature lovers will also get their money's worth. If you like hiking, you can start directly from the villa.
You can reach the nearest beach after approx. 10km.
A car is recommended. Simply park it under the shaded carport that is available for you.
Getting there
Several airlines fly daily to Heraklion or Chania from most airports. From the airport it is about 85 km to the villa.
After booking you will receive detailed directions! We are also on site and are happy to help.
We would be happy to help you book a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. They will be waiting for you at the airport, you don't need to queue or wait anywhere. We do everything for you in advance. You can then return the car to the airport.
