Diese Wohnung ist weder „Bel“ noch eine „Villa“. Wie eine Studentenwohnung. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Weniger als 40 cm zwischen Schrank und Bett. Nicht passabel. Sehr schmale Küche. Stühle am Tisch sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Schlechte Matratzen. Großer Pool, aber nicht für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet. Aus Gründen der Ruhe dürfen Kinder nicht spielen.
