Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of a reservation by the user :
- more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user must deposit 30% of the total rent as penalty;
- less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user is obliged to pay the full rent.
Special cancellation conditions in the Corona period:
Due to the crisis of Covid-19, the tenant will be able to cancel a reservation and will be fully refunded of the payments he will have already carried out under this reservation if he is in impossibility to go on the place of rent only because of the regulatory provisions established by the French State such as the obligatory enclosure, or the legal prohibition of displacement. The same applies if the landlord has to give up renting his house because of the regulations established by the French State, in particular if a ban on renting is imposed.
On the other hand, no refund will be made for other reasons, such as illness, closure of beaches and restaurants, train or flight cancellations or personal matters.
It is also recommended that the tenant takes out holiday insurance to cover cancellation of the holiday rental.

Mas des Orangers is in the neighbourhood of Aiguelongue just north of Montpellier. Aiguelongue is a sought after residential area with lots of close access to the beautiful Parc Meric, the Lez River, the zoo. Many good shops and restaurants can be found in this neighbourhood such as grocery stores, bakeries and delis, pharmacies, and even a tennis club, gym and spa, the Club 7, less than 5 minutes drive away. This neighbourhood is also connected to Montpellier city centre by tram in a couple of stops.
