The location of the house is in the lower part of Costa Paradiso, the sea is adjacent and the other rocky coves along the coast can be reached on foot. The beach of Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi, can be reached through a path that starts from the car park of the small marina, walking along the path for 15mn you arrive at the beach. A shopping centre with supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetables, bars, restaurants, fishmonger, butcher, boutiques, hairdresser, sports shop, reachable by car in 5 mn.
