Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

This excepcional house is located north of the city of Palma, with the essential basic services at hand such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. By car or public transport, you arrive to the city center where you can stroll through the narrow streets full of shops, restaurants and museums and reach the wonderful cathedral, la Seu. Palma has a great shopping and leisure offer, but you can also enjoy nature by visiting the Sierra de Tramuntana, the beaches in the south and of course also those in the southeast, such as es Trenc.
