Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the rental contract
1. IGW reserves the right to withdraw from the rental agreement in the event that the deposit, balance payment and security deposit agreed in the rental agreement are not received by the tenant in due time to the account of IGW (bank details according to the rental agreement). Furthermore, the lessor has the right to withdraw from the contract in the event that the rented property cannot be used for exceptional reasons (storm damage, etc.). Claims going beyond the reimbursement of the rental price (e.g. for damages) are excluded. 2.
2. The termination of the rental contract by the Hirer must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, IGW will charge the Hirer a lump sum of 230 EUR to compensate for the additional expenses incurred. The renter is allowed to prove that IGW had costs for the processing of a lower amount. In addition, the Hirer must pay for the damage incurred by the Owner as a result of the cancellation. IGW will attempt to re-let the rental period. If the complete period is successfully re-let on the same terms as the cancelled agreement, the tenant will not incur any costs other than the cost of processing. If IGW is unsuccessful in re-letting all or part of the cancelled period, IGW will charge the Hirer a liquidated damages charge as follows. A damage lump sum of 30% of the rental amount will be charged if the tenant cancels the booking in the period after conclusion of the rental agreement up to 10 weeks before arrival. If the tenant cancels the booking in the period between 10 and 4 weeks before arrival, a damage lump sum of 60% of the rental amount will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within the period of 28 days up to the date of arrival, the Hirer is obliged to pay the full rental amount, less any own expenses saved by the Rental Firm (a flat rate of 5% of the rental amount). With IGW's consent, the Tenant may procure a replacement tenant who will assume the rights and obligations of the Tenancy Agreement. IGW recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance just in case.

At the nearby Baltic Sea beach, you can go on extensive cycling and hiking tours above the steep coast. There are also several very attractive golf courses within a short drive. For those interested in culture, Redewisch is the ideal location, as from here you can visit Mecklenburg castles and manor houses, cultural festivals as well as the cosmopolitan cities of Berlin and Hamburg with their museums, monuments and shopping opportunities.
Holiday destination
The villa ensemble is located in Boltenhagen-Redewisch, the 'very quiet, nature-loving neighbour' of Boltenhagen, which is equipped with the best tourist infrastructure. Redewisch, beautifully situated on the Baltic Sea and without through traffic, allows for a very close-to-nature holiday. The centre can be reached in a few minutes. The village is characterised by the beautifully restored Redewisch manor house with good gastronomy. The Baltic Sea beach is only a few minutes away.
Getting there
The Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen is easy to reach by car. By car, take the Grevesmühlen exit of the A 20 motorway and you will reach the town in about 15 minutes. You can also reach Boltenhagen by train in about 15 km and the nearest airports Hamburg and Lübeck can be reached in about an hour. In Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles at many places and thus easily make your holiday car-free in the village and the surrounding area.
