Our general terms and conditions apply
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will receive written confirmation from the landlord. The following guidelines apply:
No cancellation fee from the day the contract is concluded up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period
from the 42nd day to the 29th day before the start of the rental period 25% of the total price
after that and in case of no-show 90% of the total price
The landlord tries to keep the damage as low as possible and to rent it out to someone else. You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient. Furthermore, an equivalent rebooking can be made according to availability.
The lessor is entitled to withdraw from the contract for an objectively justifiable reason or to terminate it extraordinarily if force majeure or other circumstances for which the lessor is not responsible make it impossible to fulfill the contract

The beautiful village of Ludwigswinkel is a state-approved climatic health resort and is located directly on the German-French border. It offers a variety of hiking and cycling opportunities to numerous castles, bathing lakes and beautiful vantage points. In addition, there is a barefoot path in Ludwigswinkel, the sculpture path, a miniature golf course, the possibility of horseback riding and 3 bathing lakes. A highlight is the biosphere house nature experience center in Fischbach with its treetop path.

Host informationWe, the family Gümbel, have been rooted in Ludwigswinkel since 1972 and love this climatic health resort, nature, the Palatinate Forest and the beautiful red sandstone rocks, castles and bathing ponds. Although our holiday home is on the edge of the forest, you can reach the "village pond" and/or the village center by foot in about 10-15 minutes. Ludwigswinkel offers many recreational opportunities and is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. A few tips are ready for you in the house.

Ein toller Freundinnen-Urlaub ging viel zu schnell zu Ende. Wir waren begeistert von dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, das mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist. Das parkähnlich angelegte Grundstück, die wunderschöne regengeschützte Terrasse, die perfekt eingerichtete Küche, die bequemen Betten, der großzügige Wohnbereich. Besser konnten wir es nicht treffen. Vom Haus aus kann direkt gewandert werden, oder man unternimmt mit dem Auto Fahrten ins Umland. Es gibt unendlich viel zu Entdecken. Der Ort Ludwigswinkel bietet Lokale mit bestem Essen und liebenswertem Personal. Wir danken Familie Gümbel sehr, dass Sie ihr Paradies mit uns geteilt haben.

Das Ferienhaus Waldzauber, liegt in einer wunderschönen grossen und ruhigen Parkanlage, am Rande von Ludwigswinkel, im Pfälzer Wald.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, zur Erholung und für schöne Wanderungen Ideal.
Die Familie Gümbel hat uns herzlichst Willkommen geheissen und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Unser Hund war auch willkommen, die Gartenanlage ist vollständig eingezäunt.
Die Küche ist sehr Großzügig und Vollständig ausgestattet und das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bequem eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Besonders möchten wir auch die sehr bequemen Betten /Matratzen hervorheben.
Das helle Wohnzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verbunden mit einer überdachten Terrasse mit Aussenkamin. Es war unser Lieblingsplatz zum frühstücken.
