Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation fees:
1. As the situation around Corona can be restrictive, we offer our guests free cancellation up to 1 week before arrival if the accommodation is closed for the corresponding period due to official measures.
Other cancellation conditions:
A: 60% of the rental price for cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period;
B: 75% of the rental price for cancellation between 60 and 90 days before the start of the rental period;
C: 100% of the rental price for cancellation less than 60 days before the start date of the rental period.
D: Cancellations by the tenant must always be confirmed in writing.
A refund of amounts already paid is not possible in the event of a cancellation to switch to a booking for the following year.
E: The tenant is responsible for obtaining travel cancellation insurance;

Holiday destination
From the house, you have a view of the ski slopes and the mountain peaks of Austria and Italy. The chalet is centrally located in a beautiful setting. The public swimming pool Aquarena, with indoor and outdoor pools, a wellness oasis, and a large sunbathing lawn, is just around the corner. Within five minutes, you can reach the center of Kötschach-Mauthen, where you will find restaurants, three supermarkets, and various shops. The house is situated on the ski slopes, and the Mauthner Klamm is almost in the backyard.

The culture and hospitality of the Austrians and the partly authentic villages with their charms made the choice easy when the opportunity arose. We rent out our chalet in the authentic village of Kötschach-Mauthen in a unique location for your summer or winter sports holiday.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen aufgrund der 3 Schlafzimmer mit separaten Duschen. Mit der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche hat man einen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum. Sowohl auf dem Balkon, als auch auf der Terrasse sind viele Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
