Cancellation policy
Withdrawal/Rebooking/Cancellation and early departure / Cancellation by the tenant
(1) If the owner has the relevant capacity, the tenant can change/rebook the existing rental agreement (such as the dates). There are re-booking costs of 20.00 EUR per change for this.
(2) The tenant can withdraw in writing from the rental agreement at any time before the rental period starts. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without finding a replacement tenant (if there are special reasons, the replacement tenant may be declined), who will assume the contract at the same conditions, and if re-rental is not possible the following amounts will be charged as damages minus the expenses saved (excluding final cleaning and tourist taxes) (at least 50.00 EUR):
a. cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival: 05% of the rental price
b. cancellations from the 89th to the 30th day prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price
c. cancellations from the 29th day to the 14th day prior to arrival 30% of the rental price
d. cancellations from the 13th to the 7th day prior to arrival 50% of the rental price
e. cancellations from the 6th day prior to arrival 100% of the rental price
The owner must try to re-rent the property. If re-rental is possible there will generally be a processing fee in the amount of 50.00 EUR for the withdrawing tenant, which will be deducted from the payments made.
This also applies to the reduction of the overall number of people (depending on age) who were registered on the rental contract by the tenant and thus booked on the rental contract.
(3) If the tenant departs early without there being an extraordinary reason for cancellation valid for the owner, they must still pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or withdrawal from the contract may only be made in writing. The effective date is the day the declaration is received by the owner or their representative.
If there is a no-show without notification, the holiday home will be released for re-rental 24 hours after the arrival date. There is then no longer a right to occupy the property.

Getting there
Here's how to reach us: motorway: from Berlin via the A24 and A19 to the Waren/Müritz exit, from Hamburg via the A24 and A19 depending on the traffic in 1 1/2 hours.
Rostock / Laage airport is approx. 35 minutes away by car. Alternatively, you can fly into Berlin Tegel or Hamburg, continue on the motorway as described.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung / Haus ist eine Wohlfühloase in der man (z.B. nach einem anstrengenden Golftag) optimal regenerieren kann. Es hat einen Whirlpool und eine Sauna. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Terrasse zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden, sowie einen Grill. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und der Fleesensee ist fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit auch privat erreichbar und kümmern sich hervorragend.
Ich kann das Domizil Eden "nur" weiterempfehlen. Wir waren nun bereits das vierte Mal dort.

In einer sehr schönen Umgebung, haben wir einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Ein kurzer Fußweg führt direkt zum Fleesensee. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Whirlpool und die Sauna sorgen für beste Erholung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
