Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels or cancels the reservation, he will be charged the following cancellation fees:

For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or no show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (in case of Sundays or holidays the following working day is considered). In case of non-arrival or unannounced delay, Istraline will keep the total amount of the reservation.

Etwas abgelegen in Vizinada ca.25 km von Porec liegt die Ferienwohnung,top gepflegt,traumhafter Pool,herzliche Vermieter und tolle Ausstattung.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.Wer Ruhe sucht und keinen Menschentrubel ist hier genau richtig!Für den kleinen Einkauf gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit allen Dingen die man braucht mit netten deutsch sprechenden Verkäuferinnen.Es gibt mehrere Restaurants zum ausprobieren ,eines davon ist fußläufig ca. 300 m zu erreichen.Ausflüge nach Porec,Pula oder Novigrad sind empfehlenswert.Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Weinanbaugebiet der Eigentümer,voller Herzligkeit nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
