Cancellation conditions:
If the tenant cancels the contract or cannot fulfil the rental contract for whatever reason
from 100 days before the start of the rental period 20% of the rental price
from 50 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price
from 20 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price,
The landlord will endeavour to find another tenant; if successful, the tenant will only pay the difference
