This newly renovated holiday home can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is located along the Wörsbach, away from the noise and civilization :). Own car is therefore necessary.

1 small kitchen, 1 living room with dining table and sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Children's bed and high chair on request.
On the ground floor of the historic Neumühle, you have a separate entrance and parking spaces in front of the door.
On the site you will find a playground for toddlers and small children (not secured), a football area, a trampoline (3.60 diam), a ping-pong and a soccer table.
Perfect for those seeking relaxation, active tourism or for families ! This idyllic, but nonetheless easily accessible location, invites you to undertake many leisure activities.
The water is supplied by our own well.

Shoud a withdrawal be necessary the following cancellation fees will apply:
Up to 30 days before the booking date: 20% of the invoice amount
Up to 29 - 20 days before the booking date: 60% of the invoice amount
Up to 19 - 10 days before the booking date: 80% of the invoice amount
Up to 10 - 0 days before the booking date: 100% of the invoice amount
Should circumstances arise after the booking has been completed, e.g. force majeure (corona regulations), which make it impossible to use the booked accommodation, no cancellation fee will of course be due and you will be reimbursed for any payments or deposits you have made.
Conversely, our house cannot be held liable if for not receiving you because of the above mentioned reasons.
There is the possibility to use the washing machine of the house. Fee on site: €5 per load.
