Set on a 1000 sqm plot, this modern villa with a large pool is situated within a secure compound. The villa spans 160 sqm (210 sqm including terraces).
Outdoor area: Pool 10m x 3m (true interior dimensions, good for swimming), pool heating at a constant 24 degrees, 130 sqm tiled area around the pool, 2 pergolas for shade with 6 sun loungers and lounge area, plus a dining terrace, outdoor gas grill, outdoor shower, garden area with olive trees, large turnaround space and parking within the secure compound, electric gate.
Facilities: First occupancy in 2022, everything new and pristine, high-quality fittings. Every bedroom has an outdoor area, the master bedroom features a 30 sqm balcony with 3 sun loungers and a parasol. Consumables for the washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, toilet paper, etc. are provided. Televisions in the dining room and master bedroom.

Wir haben als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Petri verbracht. Das tolle Haus und der Pool ließen keine Wünsche übrig. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial gewählt, in ein paar Minuten ist man in Labin und Rabac, am und im Haus selbst kann man die Ruhe vom Alltag genießen. Vom Haus aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge Unsere Vermieter waren einfach Klasse. Schon im Vorfeld mit guten Informationen versorgt, standen sie uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sei es bei der Bootsvermietung oder Reservierung von Restaurants etc. Es war ein rundum All inclusive sorglos Rundumpaket. Die Villa Petri -mit so viel Liebe zum Detail- ist mehr als empfehlenswert. Auch wir wollten einfach nicht nach Hause fahren und kommen definitiv wieder. Die Zeilen enden und wir können einfach nur Danke sagen.

Uns erwartete eine super ausgestattete Villa mit einer ruhigen aber trotzdem zentralen Lage. Wir hatten unsere Bikes mit dabei und man konnte super schnell zum Markt oder Bäcker fahren. Die Vermieter waren äußerst aufmerksam und immer gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Danke für diese tolle Gastfreundschaft und den netten kroatischen Abend.
