Cancellation policy
In accordance with European standards and if no other agreements exist, the following payments are due in the event of cancellation:

- from the 29th to the 20th day from the beginning of the stay 40% of the total price
- from the 19th to the 10th day from the beginning of the stay 60% of the total price

800 m is the centre of Gardola, reachable on foot, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. at about 2 km the municipal swimming pool (free entrance for our guests) and the Visitor Center. car or with the transfer (free for our customers) we reach the well-equipped beach "Pra dela Fam".
Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Lage Top, Wohnung enttäuschend.
Haustür klemmt und geht von innen nicht zu da kein Griff dran is, nur ein kleiner Riegel an den man nicht wirklich ziehen kann. Von aussen geht sie nur auf wenn man an dem verkanteten Schlüssel zieht da sonst auch kein Griff dran ist. Einrichtung total unzweckmässig, z. B. NUR Wassergläser und 2 Weingläser, kein Dosenöffner, nur 2 Riesentöpfe, einer davon ohne Deckel, und ein paar Pfannen, kaum Kochzubehör, keine Eierbecher, das Doppelbett nur 1,60 breit, das Sofa zum Schlafen völlig ungeeignet da bretthart, die Terrasse ist Durchgang zu 2 FeWos unter uns, Müllcontainer 500m weit weg, Fernseher hat ausschließlich italienische Kanäle. Klobrille war defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert. Keine Stuhlauflagen für die Gartenstühle, keine Liege

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund angereist die Unterkunft war soweit sauber nur die Toilette war nicht ganz sauber der Ausblick von der Terrasse und aus dem Fenster war sehr schön Liegen haben leider gefehlt Ausflüge mit dem Hund waren gut möglich nur zum Strand gestaltet es sich schwierig da der Fußweg mit Hund zu gefährlich ist und mit Bus darf der Hund nicht mit schade es gibt aber einen Parkplatz am Strand schön ist das man die Wanderungen direkt ab Wohnung starten kann . Leider mussten wir 30 Euro Gebühr bezahlen da wir nach 19 Uhr ankamen wegen Stau. Die Gegend haben wir sehr genossen und es waren viele Kaffees zum verweilen zu günstigen Preisen da. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an die Agentur wenden.
