Description

This is a small classic beach vacation home: just walk to the beach! And it's in a car-free zone. The beach is beautiful with many beach pavilions. The 2 old towns Vlissingen and Middelburg are nearby with terraces and many restaurants, museums and events. A hotel nearby if you want breakfast and dinner or a swimming pool and sauna. Nowhere else can you cycle so much through the flat land or hike through the dunes. Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine! This house is a ready-to-move-in holiday home, from toilet paper to washing-up liquid, everything is available. You take your clothes with you and you can buy whatever you want in two supermarkets nearby. There is a large fridge and freezer ready for you. The house has a well-stocked kitchenette with modern crockery. Everything is there for cooking enthusiasts. Good combination microwave, air fryer, table grill, 2 coffee machines, a hand blender, 1 normal and 1 Senseo coffee machine. And also a washing machine. The spacious living room has a large sofa and patio doors to a large unfenced terrace. With a picnic table and separate patio furniture and good cushions, a large parasol and 2 outdoor sun loungers. Shower + toilet are on the ground floor. The spiral staircase leads to the landing with an additional table and the 2 bedrooms are under the sloping ceiling. The house has shutters to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are bikes for hire and a large stand with sun loungers on the beach. Children's paddles are available upon request for the beach.

No. 1 = -Riet-, the larger house for 2 people [or with family up to 8 people] and no. 2 =- Home-, the more luxurious house for 2 people [or with family up to 4 people]. Both houses have an infrared sauna and in the summer swimming in the river. The other houses are in Zeeland. No. 3 = De Zon in Stee Aan Zee is a ground floor house for 2 persons [or with a family up to 5 persons] in a small recreational holiday park. No. 4 = - De Zon In Zeeland- for 2 or 4 people, is located in a small recreation park, directly behind the dune so you can walk to the beach:

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist zwar etwas älter, aber fast das gesamte Inventar wurden schon erneuert. Die Ausstattung ist fast perfekt, es fehlen allerdings Schränke für die Kleidung.
Für große Personen (1,90m) sind die Schlafzimmerdecken etwas niedrig.
Die Lage ist super. Man geht nur über die Düne und schon ist man am Meer. Rob und sein Team sind tolle Gastgeber. Mails wurden immer direkt beantwortet und auch vor Ort, fühlte man sich sehr umsorgt.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut eingewiesen und betreut. Der Sanitärbereich und der Schlafbereich sind vor allem für große Personen etwas eng, für 2 Personen aber völlig ausreichend. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.

Schönes Ferienhaus hinter der Düne

Die ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll, nur über die Dünen und schon ist man am herrlichen Sandstrand.
Bei der Ausstattung haben wir einen Punkt abgezogen, da es keine Kleiderschränke oder ähnliches gab, nur eine kleine Kommode. Wir mussten daher aus dem Koffer bzw. provisorisch vom Tisch leben. Das Bad besteht nur aus Dusche und WC, das Waschbecken ist im Heizungs-/Abstellraum. Aber ansonsten einfach nur schön, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Der für das Haus reservierte Parkplatz ist was für Einparkprofis :)
