Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation or other non-use of the booked accommodation before the start of the rental period, the compensation to be paid is as follows:
100 days before the beginning of the rental period: cancellation free of charge
Up to 90 days before the beginning of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
Up to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
Up to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
Up to 14 days before the beginning of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
Later than 14 days before start of rental: 100% of the rental price
If the stay is terminated during the rental period, the full rental price must still be paid.
Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing.

Other recreational opportunities
Among the traditions worth seeing on Föhr are the Biike-Brennen and ring riding tournaments (between June and August). Also, you should not miss the traditional fire department festivals in Nieblum and the island villages. In August, the harbor festival is celebrated with live music and a breathtaking fireworks display (Föhr-On-Fire).
Holiday destination
You can get to the beach on foot in about eight minutes. The island bus stops at the next corner and takes you to Nieblum and Wyk or to the island villages. Also for bicycle tours you have here the suitable starting point to discover the island with its natural beauty. In a short distance you are in Nieblum, one of the most beautiful Frisian villages in Germany. Here you can pick up the goods for your daily needs at the bakery, butcher and delicatessen.

The approach is by ferry from Dagebüll to Wyk on Föhr. The crossing can be booked via https://www.faehre.de/.

Wir waren als Familie mit einem 4-jährigen Sohn für 10 Nächte in diesem Ferienreihenhäuschen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz der überschaubaren Größe der Wohnung bietet diese alles, was wir benötigt haben. Ausstattung komplett vorhanden, Einrichtung mit Flair und die Lage für uns perfekt (wir wollten bewusst nicht in die Stadt, waren dennoch schnell an einem tollen Sandstrand und konnten von der Wohnung aus mit dem Fahrrad zu tollen Touren starten). Buchung, Kommunikation und Übergabe vor Ort liefen zuverlässig und angenehm. Danke für die schönen Tage auf Föhr!

Ruhiges kleines Reihenendhaus. In der gemütlichen Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Einrichtung ist liebevoll maritim gestaltet.
Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
