Cancellation policy
Cancellation Guarantee:
If at the time of travel, Makkum Beach Resort, the province of Friesland, or the entire Netherlands should be locked down, we would not be able to fulfill our part of the contract "providing a holiday home". As a result, you would receive a refund of all your payments, provided you have not yet arrived.
Otherwise, the following conditions apply:
Up to 42 days before the arrival day, 50% of the invoice amount is due.
In case of a later cancellation, the full invoice amount is due.
Dear guests,
if a cancellation occurs, we will definitely find an amicable solution!
We will always strive to realize a substitute rental and in this case would charge a maximum of the shortfall and a flat rate of 50€. We would then waive the above-mentioned costs!!!

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende in der ruhigen Umgebung des Ferienhauses von Frau Kleinofen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frau Kleinofen hat sich super um uns gekümmert.
Wir hätten gerne volle 10 Sterne gegeben! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
