Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, insofar as it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant:
Cancellation up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25%.
Cancellation up to the 30th day before the start of the lease: 50%.
Thereafter: 80 % b) The tenant may at any time prove a lesser damage.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price. d) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

Holiday destination
Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, the old harbour and numerous restaurants. You can reach the beach by car, by bus or by paddle steamer Concordia II.
From the house you can reach the pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, the sports field and the old harbour on foot. The surrounding seaside resorts such as Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel or Hooksiel can also be reached quickly by bus or car. Here you can find more activities.
Getting there
We recommend travelling by car. Travelling by plane via Harlesiel airport is also possible. Travelling by train is usually via Wilhelmshaven (approx. 35 min away).
Mobility along the North Sea coast is ensured by local public transport.

Neben der wirklich schönen und kompletten (in der Küche ist an alles gedacht!) Einrichtung, hat das Haus auch noch eine super Lage. Man kann hier gemütliche Abende verbringen oder auch einfach zu Fuß in der Stadt unterwegs sein. Die Besitzer scheinen auch ganz nett zu sein. Kommunikation läuft gut. Nur zu empfehlen!
