The furnishings have been organized following the theme of the colors of nature as a guiding thread, which inspires the choice of materials, such as wood and stone, but also the contrasts between the brown of the vegetation and the bright white of the Mediterranean houses. The reference to the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship is always present, even if interpreted in a contemporary key.
The house is divided into 2 levels, by an external ramp in order to create two separate areas (for example a guest area). The 2 areas of the house have direct access to the house from street level in order to avoid internal stairs. Each level has its own direct access.
The west part on the garden and pool level consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds (which can also be arranged as singles) 2 bathrooms, a large living kitchen where there is a large sofa that can accommodate 2 more people if necessary.
The east level consists of a large living room with a cellar area for aperitifs and snacks, with a fireplace and a large central daybed.
The house has its own private parking space and laundry room. It is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, wifi. Baby equipment, cot and high chair are available on request.
