In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. The house is only 2.2 km far from Sa Pobla., where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollensa is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings. In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included!
